For destination marketing organizations

More travelers on your partner pages

We put your hotel, things-to-do and deals pages in front of travelers already planning a trip like yours, in the markets you want visitors from. Then we show what your partners got from it, live.

Who you answer to

Your partners fund the marketing. They want to see what it sent them.

Most destination budgets come from the businesses you promote: room tax, hotel assessments, partner fees and co-op buy-ins. Those same hotels and attractions sit on your board. They do not count impressions. They count referrals to their own websites, and heads in beds.

So a campaign for you has one job: put travelers on the pages where your partners are listed, and show each partner what came through.

What we run

Campaigns that send travelers to your listings, not your homepage.

Native advertising, planned for your markets and checked every day, for travelers who are already choosing where to go.

  • Your partner pages, promoted

Places to stay, things to do, deals and offers, events. We promote the pages your partners pay to be on, so the traffic lands where their listings are.

  • In your drive and fly markets

By state, region or city, wherever you want visitors from. The audience is people already researching a trip like yours, in the last 90 days.

  • Timed to your need periods

Shoulder season, midweek, an event weekend. The campaign runs on your dates, ahead of the travel period it is selling.

  • A co-op your partners can buy into

Hotels and attractions add their own offer to the same campaign. One buy, one audience, and each partner's results on its own line of the report.

Advertorial pages

Native is a different kind of click, so we build a different kind of page.

Someone reading the news was not planning a trip a minute ago. An advertorial page tells your story first, then takes the guide request or sends them on to your partners, already interested. We host every page and check it daily. Included when we run it for you. Running it yourself? Build one free, and see every visitor and every request it takes.

  • Different angles and styles

Written from your own website, so every price, date and number is one you already publish, and in different angles and styles: a story, a list, a deal, a brochure.

  • Tested, and the winner named

Two versions run side by side with the traffic split evenly, and your portal tells you which one does better once the difference is clear, not before. Keep it, and try a new angle against it.

  • On the page, or on to your partners

Take the guide request on the page, or send readers on to your partners. Either way the page counts what it brought, with the site and the ad behind each one, and your own pixels can ride on the ads and the page, so the people who read and did not ask are yours to reach again.

  • Run for you, or by you

Hand it to us and we build every version, read the numbers and make the changes. Run it yourself and you see the same numbers and choose what to keep.

What you report

Partner referrals, partner by partner, while the campaign runs.

A click from your site through to a partner’s own website is a referral, and it is the number your board already tracks. With our tag on your pages, we count every one and put it next to the campaign and the market that sent it.

You do not have to take our word for it. The referrals leave your site, so your own analytics can count them too.

  • Referrals by partner

Which hotels and attractions got the clicks, how many, and from which market. The line each partner asks you for.

  • Where your visitors came from

Origin market by state or region, on a map, split by device. The same markets you plan your media in.

  • Delivery against target

What was promised, what was delivered, and why if the two differ. Written in the report, not explained later on a call.

  • A link, an embed or a spreadsheet

Send the link to your board and partners with no logins to hand out. Put the same numbers on your own site, or export them for finance.

Where it ran

Judged by what it sent your partners, not by the clicks.

Clicks are easy to count and easy to doubt, and your board does not count them anyway. Every guide request and partner referral counted by our tag on your pages, or on a page we build, carries the site and the ad that sent it.

  • Every site your money ran on, named

Your report names each site and puts its clicks beside the visitors who arrived and the guide requests and partner referrals it sent, for every campaign.

  • Cut when the numbers are clear

When a site keeps sending clicks and nothing else, your daily check says so, with the numbers, and tells you to cut it. Only when the difference is clear, not bad luck, and the report keeps both lists: kept and cut.

  • Every ad, the same way

Each ad gets the same line: its clicks, the guide requests and referrals it brought, and the rate, so you can see which picture and headline bring visitors who act.

  • Nothing from your partners

A referral is counted as the visitor leaves your site for a partner’s, so nobody has to send you their figures before your board sees what the campaign did.

How it works

No long commitment before we have shown you anything.

A managed campaign starts with a three-month pilot. Run it yourself and there is no minimum term at all.

  1. Managed

Tell us the pages, the markets and the dates. Your account manager plans the campaign, has the advertorial pages written and tested, and runs all of it like a personal client, for a monthly fee plus the clicks, starting with a three-month pilot.

  2. Or Self-serve

In your own portal: set up and manage your own campaigns with your own headlines, pictures and links, on an audience we build for each campaign from your page and brief, and set your own price per click, paid from prepaid credit. No minimum term, and you build advertorial pages yourself with the AI page builder, at no extra cost. We check every campaign within one working day, and it is live within three working days of our yes.

  3. Paid the way your budget works

Managed campaigns go against a signed order or purchase order, capped at its budget and invoiced monthly. There is no ad account to open.

  4. Ready for a matching-funds claim

If a state co-op or grant matches your spend, the invoices and the final report show what ran, where and when.

What we measure

What each campaign is for, counted, not estimated.

Partner referrals, clicks and the visitors who arrived on either plan; on Managed, guide requests and newsletter sign-ups too. Every one is counted and matched to the audience and origin market that brought it, ready for the board report.

What we will not do is promise a number before we start. We show you what happened, in a report you can check against your own analytics.

Straight answers

What buyers ask us before they start.

  • On Self-serve there is no monthly fee: you set your own price per click, from 30p ($0.35), paid from prepaid credit that starts with a £500 ($650) top-up, and campaigns pause when it runs out; you build advertorial pages yourself with the AI page builder, at no extra cost. On the Managed plan it is £1,500 ($1,950) a month plus your clicks, with an account manager and advertorial pages written for you, starting with a three-month pilot and then month to month. Every price is on itinexads.com/pricing.

  • No. Guide requests and partner referrals are counted on your own pages by our tag, or on a page we build, each with the site and the ad that sent it. Nothing comes from your partners: a referral is counted as the visitor leaves your site for theirs.

  • From the global native advertising network your ads run on. Its code runs on the sites it partners with, so it can tell which brands’ newsletters and offer emails reach someone’s inbox, and what people search for. We pick the brands and categories, such as tour operators or cruise lines; the network finds the people and shows them your ad. We never see a name, an email address or the emails themselves. The network’s own rules also bar targeting anyone under 18, or anyone by health, religion, ethnicity or sexual orientation.

  • Clicks start the day a campaign goes live. Native takes a few weeks to learn which audiences, pages and sites work best for what you sell, so judge it over weeks, not days. That is why the Managed plan starts with a three-month pilot.

  • No. Nobody can honestly promise a number before a campaign has run. We show you what happened, live, in a report you can check against your own analytics.

  • Your daily check says so while the month is still running, and what to change: the picture, the headline, the audience, the market, or a site that sends clicks and no guide requests or referrals. If native is the wrong channel for what you sell, we will tell you.
